SoulFULL Solutions was created in 2020 by Ali Cramer, Sheri Celentano and Kenny Frisby and in collaboration with Keith Borden. Our goal was to form an online platform that upholds our beliefs that yoga should be accessible, useful, and transformative. Our intention with all our offerings is to honor the tradition of Yoga and illustrate how it can be used to navigate the challenges of both individual self care and collective healing. It is vital to us that we share the teachings in an inclusive and ethical manner, in alignment with the philosophy of the Practice.
